Additional Conditions & Terms

  • Minimum Users: Pricing applies to a minimum of 10 employees per organization.
  • One-Time Setup Fee: ₹25,000 for integration, branding, and initial configuration of Odoo ERP.
  • Large Teams (100+ Employees):
    • Custom volume pricing available — as low as ₹199 per employee/month.
    • Dedicated account manager and priority support included.
  • White-Label Option: ₹999 per user/year for custom branding and domain.
  • Premium Support Plan: ₹5,000 per year per company (optional).
  • Odoo Module Customization: Available on demand, as low as ₹750 per hour for development or feature extensions.
  • Website Design & Domain:
    • Website designing and custom domain registration are charged separately.
    • Clients may choose to host their website on their preferred domain or request Nova Software Solutions to handle setup at additional cost.
  • Billing:
    • Subscriptions are prepaid.
    • No refunds for mid-term cancellations.
    • Renewal reminders are sent 15 days before expiry.
  • Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, credit card, and international payment gateways supported.
